Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a diligent Corporate Actions Operations professional to process events across Singapore and global markets. You will manage risk, maintain controls, and ensure timely execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle inquiries from stakeholders and support process improvements, system enhancements, and testing activities, contributing to a compliant and efficient operations team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process corporate action events for Singapore and global markets within prescribed timelines.
• Investigate and resolve corporate action cash breaks, discrepancies, and exceptions.
• Ensure daily BAU activities are completed accurately within SLIs.
• Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to SOPs, controls, compliance, and risk management standards.
• Escalate issues and drive timely resolution with supervisors.
• Support process improvements, system enhancements, and UAT.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen controls.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and change initiatives.
