Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Trade Compliance / Permit Declaration Team Lead to oversee daily permit declarations, liaise with Customs and clients, and ensure compliant documentation for airfreight operations at East - Changi Airfreight Centre. The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field, at least 3 years in permit declaration or trade compliance, and a Customs Competency Test certification.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields.
• Min.3 years of working experience in permit declaration or trade compliance.
• Customs Competency Test for Declarants certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Singapore TradeNet, the Customs Act, and FTA documentation processes.
• Proficient with TradeNet front-end declaration software and MS Office.
• Familiar with customs documents: COO, invoices, AWB, HS codes.
• Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and GST exemption rules.
• Experience handling permits for restricted/controlled goods.
• Exposure to air cargo or sea freight operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily TradeNet permit declarations, ACES submissions, report preparation, and customer payment collections
• Coach and train declaration staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Liaise with Customs, government agencies, and clients on permit issues, exceptions, and rejections
• Track declaration turnaround to meet service level commitments
• Maintain complete records and ensure audit compliance
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement process updates
• Support internal and external audits for permits and compliance

Working Location: East - Changi Airfreight Centre

Working Hours: 5.5 days / 830am-530pm or 11am-8pm (rotating shift)

Salary Package: Up to SGD 3800 + AWS + Variable bonus

Duration: Permanent
