Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Traceability Deployment Data Analyst for a 1-year contract in Singapore. The role focuses on deploying traceability programmes, building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau and Excel, and managing ETL processes to ensure data accuracy.

The position is hybrid with Friday work-from-home and based at Mapletree Business City. The incumbent will support supplier onboarding, monitor progress, prepare reports and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and vendors

Responsibilities

• Support supplier onboarding and deployment of traceability programmes.

• Identify data discrepancies and drive root-cause analysis with stakeholders.

• Maintain deployment calendars, FAQs, and workflows.
• Conduct supplier surveys and analyze feedback.

Traceability Deployment Data Analyst | 1-Year Contract

Salary: $5,500 - $6,000 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Friday WFH)

Location: Mapletree Business City (Near Labrador Park MRT)

Contract Duration: 1 Year (November 2026 - October 2027)

Job Responsibilities

• Support supplier onboarding and deployment of product traceability compliance programmes.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau and Excel to track project progress and key milestones.
• Manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Work with third-party platform vendors to ensure data accessibility and accuracy.
• Identify data discrepancies, investigate root causes and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and vendors to resolve issues.
• Improve data collection and validation processes to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Prepare regular project reports highlighting progress, risks, deployment gaps and recommended actions.
• Monitor programme email enquiries and coordinate responses and escalations.
• Maintain communication calendars, deployment timelines, programme FAQs and workflows.
• Conduct supplier surveys and analyse programme feedback.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and provide follow-up summaries
