Responsibilities

• Support Deployment Principal to onboard suppliers for Product Traceability Compliance programs.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Implement and manage data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Collaborate with platform vendors to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Identify data discrepancies, determine root causes, and drive alignment across internal teams, suppliers, and third‑party platform vendors.
• Streamline data collection and validation processes to improve data accuracy, completeness, and collection efficiency.
• Deliver regular project reports based on reliable, validated data, with progress updates, risks, deployment gaps, and recommended actions.
• Monitor function email inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Develop communication calendar and deployment timeline.
• Develop, deploy, and analyze supplier survey on program feedback.
• Meeting scheduling, notes, and recaps.
• Document and maintain program FAQs, responses and workflow

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support our traceability deployment programme by extracting data from third‑party platforms and transforming it into clear insights and actionable plans. The role will strengthen data accuracy, reporting reliability, and internal and external alignment to help the team achieve project targets. The analyst will also develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards that enable timely, data‑driven decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Deployment Principal to communicate, onboard, and support suppliers in execution of Product Traceability Compliance programs using Deployment principal approved messaging
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI/Excel and Tableau
• Implement and manage data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Collaborate with platform vendors to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Identify data discrepancies, determine root causes, and drive alignment across internal teams, suppliers, and third‑party platform vendors through clear and effective communication.
• Streamline data collection and validation processes to improve data accuracy, completeness, and collection efficiency.
• Support the Deployment Principal by delivering regular project reports based on reliable, validated data, with clear progress updates, risks, deployment gaps, and recommended actions.
• Monitor function email inbox, elevate to appropriate teams and respond directly
• Develop and maintain communication calendar and deployment timeline
• Develop, deploy, and analyze supplier survey on program feedback

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau / Power BI dashboard development
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation
• Experience with API integration
• Working knowledge of SQL and database management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to use Power BI and Tableau to develop dashboards that track project progress, key milestones, deployment gaps, and agreed targets.
• Ability to clearly pinpoint and communicate deployment gaps through data analysis, provide practical recommendations to the Deployment Principal, and execute agreed remediation plans in partnership with the key stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and relationship management for stakeholder collaboration
