Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist for a 1 year contract to support deployment and data programs. You will build dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, perform ETL, and collaborate with suppliers and platform vendors.

The role requires a degree in business analytics or CS, 2+ years in data analysis, strong Excel/Tableau/Power BI skills, API knowledge, and excellent communication. Location: Mapletree Biz City, Labrador Park.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Demonstrated experience in ETL processes and dashboard maintenance and vendor management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau/Power BI dashboard development.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Experience with API integration.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to use Power BI and Tableau to develop dashboards tracking project progress and milestones.
• Ability to communicate deployment gaps and propose remediation plans with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Excel and Tableau.
• Implement and manage data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Collaborate with platform vendors to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Identify data discrepancies and drive alignment across teams and vendors.
• Streamline data collection and validation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver regular project reports with progress, risks, gaps and actions.
• Monitor emails and escalate to appropriate teams per guidance.
• Develop, deploy and analyze supplier surveys on program feedback.
• Schedule meetings, take notes, and provide recaps.
• Document and maintain program FAQs, responses and workflows.

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 830 - 530

Salary: Up to $6000 + 1 month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Deployment Principal to communicate, onboard, and support suppliers in execution of Product Traceability Compliance programs using Deployment principal approved messaging
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI/Excel and Tableau
• Implement and manage data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Collaborate with platform vendors to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Identify data discrepancies, determine root causes, and drive alignment across internal teams, suppliers, and third-party platform vendors through clear and effective communication.
• Streamline data collection and validation processes to improve data accuracy, completeness, and collection efficiency.
• Support the Deployment Principal by delivering regular project reports based on reliable, validated data, with clear progress updates, risks, deployment gaps, and recommended actions.
• Monitor function email inbox, upscale to appropriate teams and respond directly per guidance
• Develop and maintain communication calendar and deployment timeline
• Develop, deploy, and analyze supplier survey on program feedback
• Meeting scheduling, notes, and recaps
• Document and maintain program FAQs, responses and workflow

Job Requirements:
