Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Support Deployment Principal to coordinate product traceability programs. You will onboard suppliers, deploy approved messaging, and monitor communications to ensure timely execution across the supply chain.

You will also develop APIs and SQL queries for data extraction, build interactive dashboards in Excel/Tableau/Power BI, manage ETL processes, and prepare reports with insights for stakeholders, while maintaining documentation and calendars.

Responsibilities

• Support Deployment Principal to onboard suppliers and communicate program messaging.
• Develop and optimize APIs and SQL queries for data extraction.
• Create interactive dashboards using Excel and Tableau/Power BI.
• Implement and manage data ETL processes.
• Collaborate with platform vendors to ensure data accuracy.
• Develop reports to present insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor inbox and route inquiries per guidance.
• Maintain deployment calendar and timeline.
• Schedule meetings, take notes, and provide recaps.
• Document FAQs and responses for the program.
• Develop, deploy, and analyze supplier surveys.
• Perform validations in the traceability platform as needed.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
