Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a data analytics professional to support deployment and governance of product traceability programs in Singapore. You will build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, Excel, and Tableau, and manage ETL processes to ensure data accuracy across suppliers and internal teams.

You will collaborate with platform vendors, analyze data to identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Good experience in ETL processes, dashboard maintenance and vendor management.
• Proficient in Excel and Tableau/Power BI dashboard development.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop dashboards tracking project progress, milestones, gaps, and targets.
• Ability to clearly communicate deployment gaps through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Deployment Principal to communicate, onboard, and support suppliers in execution of Product Traceability Compliance programs using Deployment principal approved messaging.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI/Excel and Tableau.
• Implement and manage data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Collaborate with platform vendors to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Identify data discrepancies, determine root causes, and drive alignment across internal teams, suppliers, and third-party platform vendors through clear and effective communication.
• Streamline data collection and validation processes to improve data accuracy, completeness, and collection efficiency.
• Support the Deployment Principal by delivering regular project reports based on reliable, validated data, with clear progress updates, risks, deployment gaps, and recommended actions.
• Monitor function email inbox, escalates to appropriate teams and respond directly.
• Develop and maintain communication calendar and deployment timeline.
• Develop, deploy, and analyze supplier survey on program feedback.
• Handle meeting scheduling, notes, and recaps.
• Document and maintain program FAQs, responses and workflow.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to clearly pinpoint and communicate deployment gaps through data analysis, provide practical recommendations to the Deployment Principal, and execute agreed remediation plans in partnership with the key stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and relationship management for stakeholder collaboration.
