Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Traceability Deployment Data Analyst for a 1-year contract in Singapore. The role focuses on deploying traceability programmes, building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau and Excel, and managing ETL processes to ensure data accuracy.

The position is hybrid with Friday work-from-home and based at Mapletree Business City. The incumbent will support supplier onboarding, monitor progress, prepare reports and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and vendors

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data validation.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier onboarding and deployment of traceability programmes.
• Develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau and Excel to track milestones.
• Manage ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure data accessibility and accuracy.
• Identify data discrepancies and drive root-cause analysis with stakeholders.
• Improve data collection and validation to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Prepare regular project reports highlighting progress and risks.
• Monitor programme emails and coordinate responses and escalations.
• Maintain deployment calendars, FAQs, and workflows.
• Conduct supplier surveys and analyze feedback.
• Coordinate meetings and provide follow-up summaries.
