Responsibilities

• Prepare and update daily tour schedules
• Coordinate tour guide assignments and confirmations
• Conduct final booking checks before tour departures
• Liaise with hotels, transport providers, restaurants, and suppliers
• Monitor tour operation timelines and ensure smooth execution
• Assist in handling operational enquiries and follow-ups
• Process fresh durian and durian paste orders
• Coordinate customer orders and delivery arrangements
• Support mooncake campaign logistics and fulfilment activities
• Track inventory movements and update stock records
• Maintain order status reports and delivery schedules
• Perform data entry and maintain operational records
• Prepare simple reports and spreadsheets
• Assist in documentation and filing
• Support customer enquiries through WhatsApp, email, and social media channels
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and business activities
