SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Total Rewards Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across compensation, benefits, and rewards integration during acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

The role requires strong expertise in compensation strategy, job architecture, and HR transformation, with proven project management and stakeholder influence across HR, Finance, Legal, and business leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation or HR transformation.
Experience with job architecture, leveling and role mapping.
Strong project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global setting.
Experience in a multinational organization.

Responsibilities

Lead Total Rewards workstreams for acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring.
Plan and execute post-merger compensation, benefits and rewards integration.
Conduct due diligence on compensation structures, incentive plans and job architecture.
Identify integration risks, costs, and employee experience impacts.
Develop transition plans aligning acquired entities with Total Rewards governance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, Legal, IT and business units.
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reporting.
