• 8+ years of progressive experience across Total Rewards, Compensation, HR Transformation, HR Project Management, or M&A / organizational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A Integration workstreams for Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, and governance during acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring.
• Support end-to-end post-merger integration planning and execution for compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align job architecture, leveling, and career frameworks across acquired entities.
