Qualifications

• 5-10 years related experience in Related Engineering disciplines.
• Strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes.
• Familiarity with medical device manufacturing regulations (ISO 13485 preferred).
• Experience with process validation and statistical process capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier tooling manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality metrics.
• Lead design and qualification of molds and tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis for nonconformances.
