Linklaters, based in Singapore, is seeking a 0-2 PQE Associate to join the Asia TMT/IP team. The role focuses on transactional TMT/IP work across digital infrastructure, data, and IP, with opportunities to advise on data privacy, cyber security, and regulatory matters.

You may come from transactional, finance, infrastructure, or litigation backgrounds; the team values intellectual curiosity, client relationship skills, and ability to work across time zones with regional colleagues.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years PQE in common law jurisdictions preferred.
• Prior transactional and commercial contracts training or experience is a must.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with ability to manage complex documentation.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial documentation.
• Provide clear and commercial legal advice to clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support senior stakeholders.
• Supervise, mentor and guide junior team members as needed.
• Contribute to knowhow and collaborate across time zones.
