• Advise on complex digital infrastructure matters including data centres, M&A, joint ventures and commercial agreements.
• Act as a market-facing member of the team and drive business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with APAC region and collaborate with cross-border counsel on multi-jurisdictional projects.
