Job summary
DBS Bank in Singapore seeks a Corporate & Investment Banking professional for its TMT team with 4–6 years of relevant experience in corporate banking or finance. You will perform financial modelling and valuation, assist in origination and execution of global TMT transactions, and help develop country/account plans with senior bankers.
You will prepare marketing materials, conduct industry research, and support RFPs, pitches and credit memos, contributing to DBS's leading TMT franchise in Asia.
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in corporate banking or corporate finance.
- Proficient in financial modelling/credit analysis work.
- Knowledge on loan syndication, debt/equity capital markets or M&A advisory is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Undertake corporate finance analysis including constructing financial models and performing valuation analysis.
- Work with TMT Senior Bankers in origination and execution of CIB transactions globally.
- Support TMT Senior Bankers in preparation of TMT Country Plan and Account Plan and execution.
- Prepare presentation materials for marketing pitches and project execution.
- Perform TMT industry research and analyze trends to support pitches or transactions.
- Support preparation and submission of RFPs, pitches, timelines, credit memos and supervision reports.
