Job summary

DBS Bank in Singapore seeks a Relationship Manager to support the TMT Corporate & Investment Banking Team. You will assist in origination and execution of transactions, prepare materials, and build sector expertise across semiconductors, data centres, and technology platforms.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in corporate banking or finance, strong financial modelling and analytical writing skills, and a collaborative, client‑facing mindset.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in corporate banking or corporate finance.
• Proficient in financial modelling and credit analysis.
• Knowledge of loan syndication, debt/equity capital markets and/or M&A advisory is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; good interpersonal skills.
• Team player with excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Undertake corporate finance analysis including constructing financial models and valuation.
• Work with TMT senior bankors in origination and execution of transactions globally.
• Assist in preparing TMT Country and Account Plans and execute them.
• Prepare presentation materials for pitches and project execution.
• Perform TMT industry research to support pitches or transactions.
• Support preparation and submission of RFPs, pitches, deal timelines and reports.
