PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Short-Term Contract Analyst to conduct structured observations across Private Banking and Treasures Private Client teams. You will record, categorize and document daily activities, and monitor time spent on client servicing, onboarding and KYC processes.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree with 2–5 years in related financial services, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline, fresh-graduates with traineeship experience are welcome to apply.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Banking Operations or Financial Services preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation and data recording skills.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Mansioni

• Conduct structured observations of RM and ARM activities across Private Banking and Treasures Private Client teams.
• Record, categorise and document daily activities using predefined study templates and guidelines.
• Monitor and analyse time spent on various activities, including client servicing, onboarding, KYC reviews, account maintenance, transaction support, business development and administrative tasks.
• Consolidate and maintain accurate time-motion study data collected from participating RMs and ARMs.
• Coordinate observation schedules and data collection activities with Business Management, CSMs, RMs and ARMs.
• Ensure all collected information is objective, accurate, consistent and confidential.
• Maintain proper records of observation logs, activity reports and supporting documentation.
