Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a Deputy/Manager to lead governance, risk and compliance for the Transit Ticketing System. You will ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of fare payment services and oversee policy implementation.

You will coordinate cybersecurity and data protection controls, audits and incident responses, working with internal teams and external partners to strengthen service reliability and commuter trust in public transport.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of computer science, engineering or IT and cyber security.
• Experience in cyber security and data protection operations and incident management.
• Strong understanding of information security standards (ISO 27001, PDPA, PCI-DSS).

Responsibilities

• Maintain governance framework for Transit Ticketing System security, risk & compliance.
• Collaborate with security teams to monitor controls across IT infrastructure, networks and applications.
• Manage audits, risk assessments and closure of audit actions.
• Oversee incident management including detection, containment, and recovery.
• Coordinate staff training on cyber security and data privacy obligations.
