Qualifikationen

• Required knowledge in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in requirements analysis, customer experience management and operations maintenance.
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and situational awareness.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate complex business and operations requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Aufgaben

• Lead transformation initiatives by developing business cases and reviewing requirements.
• Oversee enhancement deliveries to improve ticketing experience for commuters.
• Collaborate with technology partners, operators, vendors and internal teams to solve operational challenges.
• Manage enhancement request process and evaluate changes for commuter experience and financial impact; obtain approvals.
• Provide sign-off of UAT reviews with stakeholders and ensure defect/ risk handling before deployment.
• Plan deployment strategies with technical teams, including cutover and post-deployment monitoring.
• Strengthen system governance by managing service provider contracts, audits, and metrics.
• Oversee operation and performance reports for frontend and backend systems.
• Oversee incident management, root-cause analysis and service recovery for disruptions.
• Manage risk assessments, mitigation controls and approvals with system owners.
• Maintain Transit Ticketing System Business Continuity Plan and participate in exercises.
• Oversee asset management and ensure contractor compliance with contracts.
