Job summary

Universal Creative in Singapore is seeking a fixed-term Contracts Project Coordinator to support complex themed entertainment projects. The incumbent will coordinate technical documentation, ensure project controls, and maintain records across engineering, construction, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage project action items, docs, and controls per policies (RFIs, minutes, directives, PCOs, reports)
• Coordinate with RIs, teams, and compliance to track vendor deliverables and status
• Facilitate communication with Universal Creative, contractors, vendors and partners; track scope changes and schedule
• Work with Finance, Project Controls, Procurement, and Legal on commitment tracking and change management
• Maintain project tracking systems, logs, and reporting tools for accurate info
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation workflows and coordination
• Prepare project correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
• Follow Environmental, Health & Safety policies to participate in related duties
