Job summary

VF Material team in Apparel Sourcing is seeking a Senior Costing Analyst to drive cost transparency, efficiency, and strategic decision-making across fabric cost structures. You will support supplier negotiations with data-driven insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.

You will develop cost models for fabrics, track cost trends and currency impacts, and partner with design, development, and sourcing teams to guide material selection and GTM processes.

Qualifications

• Cost modelling and analysis of fabric/material costs.
• Understanding of fabric construction and cost drivers.
• Proficiency in Excel and PLM systems.
• Familiarity with global textile markets and supplier cost structures.

Responsibilities

• Cost analysis and reporting for fabric cost breakdowns with accuracy.
• Develop and maintain cost models for various fabrics including raw material, processing, finishing, and logistics.
• Track cost trends, currency impacts, and market fluctuations affecting fabric pricing.
• Support seasonal cost negotiations with Tier 2 suppliers and provide data-driven insights.
