Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Financial Analyst to serve as the Product Cost Finance Partner, supporting a high-growth footwear-led brand with expanding apparel. You will turn product cost, duty and tariff data into actionable insights that improve margins, owning seasonal cost visibility from target setting through capitalization and providing decision support across go-to-market processes.

Qualifications

Hands-on financial analysis or FP&A experience, ideally involving product cost, gross margin, sourcing, supply chain or inventory.
Ability to quantify and validate savings across time, separating pipeline, validated, production-embedded, capitalized and P&L-recognized value.
Understanding FOB, duties, tariffs, surcharges, standard cost, inventory capitalization, COGS and gross margin.

Responsibilities

Target FOB setting and establish benchmark-informed target FOB assumptions by product category.
GTM decision support with cost, margin and sourcing insights at key milestones.
Build and maintain a quantified savings pipeline by season and initiative.
Track approved savings through production and reconcile cost outcomes with P&L impact.
Monitor monthly actualization of Product Supply savings and report value.
Assess tariff and duty exposure and partner on sourcing and commercial response options.
Govern FOB from cost sheet to production POs, including surcharges and changes.
Identify incremental opportunities and establish repeatable costing methods across the organization.
