Job summary

Reputed Bank in Singapore seeks a Senior Governance Specialist to coordinate offshore delivery centre governance, track actions, and prepare management reporting.

You will partner with Risk, Compliance, Procurement, Technology, and vendors, oversee BCM activities, and ensure remediation tracking with timely closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Test Governance, Coordination, Test Planning and Risk & Compliance.
• Vendor Management and Supplier Governance.
• Minimum 3 years in Banking domain with offshore delivery centre experience.
• Experience in Automation Testing and tools.
• Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience.
• Stakeholder Management and Governance Coordination.
• Reporting, Tracking, and Follow-up Management.
• Risk Assessment and Remediation Tracking.

Responsibilities
