Job summary

SAKSOFT PTE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Test Governance and Operations Manager with 6–9 years of experience to lead governance, risk, and continuity initiatives across offshore delivery and supplier ecosystems.

You will coordinate vendor governance, third‑party risk assessments, BCM activities, and management reporting, partnering with risk, procurement, and operations to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Business, Risk Management or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in offshore delivery environments, supplier governance, vendor management or project governance.
• Familiarity with banking, financial services in regulated environments is an advantage.
• Understanding of third‑party risk management, supplier governance and control frameworks.
• Experience coordinating risk assessments, compliance reviews and remediation tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of ODC location strategy initiatives across supplier locations.
• Track progress of ODC activities, action items, and deliverables to meet timelines.
• Prepare status updates, briefing materials, and governance reports for forums and meetings.
• Assist in maintaining ODC governance documentation, operating procedures, and supplier obligations.
• Coordinate risk assessments, compliance reviews and remediation tracking with stakeholders.
• Support BCM, disaster recovery exercises, and resilience activities with suppliers.
