Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Test Management lead to oversee large-scale testing programs in banking transformation projects. You will define testing deliverables, guide functional testers, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality delivery.

The role requires 8 years in Test Management and QA, plus 4–5 years in Banking domains such as Credit Origination, Loans Management and Customer Management, with strong governance, planning, and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in Test Management and Quality Assurance.
• 4–5 years in Banking: Credit Origination, Loans Management, Customer Management.
• Strong governance, test planning, SIT/UAT, defect management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and define testing deliverables from a Test Management perspective.
• Manage testing services by vendors and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
• Guide Functional Testers in designing test cases leveraging domain knowledge in Customer Management and Credit Origination.
• Collaborate with testing vendors and bank stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute testing-related activities.
• Assess and manage impact of scope changes on testing plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary escalation point for testing issues and risks raised by stakeholders.
• Track, manage, and report testing progress, defects, SLAs, KPIs, and delivery status.
• Ensure testing quality standards, governance, and program objectives are met.
• Drive testing transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with Vendor Test Managers and Test Leads.

• Accountable for understanding project requirements and defining testing deliverables from a Test Management perspective.
• Manage and oversee day-to-day testing services delivered by appointed testing vendors.
• Guide Functional Testers in designing test cases and test scenarios leveraging strong domain knowledge in Customer Management and Credit Origination.
• Collaborate with testing vendors and bank stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute all testing-related activities.
• Assess and manage the impact of scope changes on testing plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for all testing-related issues and risks raised by stakeholders.
• Track, manage, and report testing progress, defects, SLAs, KPIs, and overall delivery status.
• Ensure testing quality standards, governance requirements, and program objectives are met.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Vendor Test Managers and Test Leads across domains.

Skills/Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8 years of overall experience in Test Management and Quality Assurance.
• 4-5 years of Banking domain experience, specifically in: Credit Origination, Loans Management, Customer Management
• Strong functional knowledge and hands‑on experience
• Proven experience managing large‑scale testing programs and vendor‑led testing engagements.
• Strong experience in Test Planning, SIT,UAT, Defect Management, Test Governance, and Reporting.
• Exposure to banking transformation and digital modernization programs.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
