Job Description

As a Test Engineer you will be responsible for the following:

• Optimizing process, tools and systems to achieve high product quality and high efficiency in Test operation.
• Responsible for improving quality-yield in Test process.
• Resolve process/product deviations.
• Drive continuous improvement in Test operation (through process characterization, process optimization, problem resolution and effective controls' implementation).
• Handle changes in test process (including new process/equipment qualification and new product integration) to support high volume production.
• Identify operational perfection (Quality, Efficiency, Cycle time, Delivery/Cost improvement) opportunities.
• Lead/participate in projects to realize the potential opportunities through innovative solutions.
• Additional tasks: design and develop business intelligent reporting and dashboards for effective business data visualization to enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.

• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
