Job summary

PROJECT SEARCH PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Test Consultant to support a large-scale transformation programme, focusing on UAT, user coordination and test execution management. You will mobilise business users across functions and markets to complete testing on time.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and the ability to drive actions across diverse teams to ensure successful testing milestones and sign-offs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in testing, delivery or large-scale implementations.
• Strong experience leading or coordinating UAT and business testing.
• Proven ability to mobilise large groups of business users and SMEs during testing.
• Solid understanding of testing lifecycle: prep, execution, defects, retesting, sign-off.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation across multiple functions.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Test Consultant to support a large-scale business transformation programme, with a strong focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business-user coordination and test execution management.

This is a business-facing role requiring strong communication, stakeholder management and the ability to mobilise users across different functions and markets to complete testing activities on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate UAT activities across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
• Work closely with project teams, implementation partners and business users to align test scope, schedules, responsibilities and deliverables.
• Identify and mobilise the appropriate business testers and SMEs, ensuring they understand their testing responsibilities and timelines.
• Drive day-to-day UAT execution, including test case completion, outstanding actions, retesting and business sign-off.
• Proactively follow up with business users to ensure timely participation and completion of testing activities.
• Coordinate test preparation activities including test scenarios, test cases, test data and user readiness.
• Monitor test execution progress and provide clear status reporting on completion, defects, risks, dependencies and blockers.
• Facilitate defect triage and coordinate resolution and retesting between business users and delivery teams.
• Manage testing meetings, communications, action logs and escalation of issues where required.
• Support readiness activities leading into deployment/go-live, ensuring critical testing activities and sign-offs are completed.
• Act as the key communication bridge between business stakeholders and the project/testing teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in testing, project delivery, business transformation or large-scale system implementation programmes.
• Strong experience managing or coordinating UAT and business testing.
• Proven ability to manage and mobilise large groups of business users and SMEs through testing cycles.
• Strong understanding of the testing lifecycle including test preparation, execution, defect management, retesting and sign-off.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills.Strong follow-up and influencing skills, with the ability to drive actions across stakeholders who may have competing priorities
