• Experience in large-scale testing and commissioning in transport/traffic management domains would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and automation tools (Selenium, UFT).
• Proven vendor/partner collaboration and stakeholder management experience.
• Deep expertise in test management practices and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with performance testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial role leading end-to-end testing for large-scale projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Experience in large scale projects testing and commissioning in the transport/traffic management domain (especially enterprise-wide Traffic Management System related) would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Hands‑on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail), automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT), and defect tracking systems.
• Proven experience in vendor/partner collaboration and effective stakeholder management.
• Deep expertise in test management practices and methodologies.
