Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in manual testing, functional testing, or software quality assurance.
• Experience testing web-based applications and business workflows.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, defect management, and the STLC.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with defect tracking or test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify functional issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage testing activities within project timelines.

• Provide regular updates on testing progress, defects, and outstanding issues.
• Support ongoing application enhancements and releases to ensure system quality and stability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing functional testing of web-based applications, ensuring that system functionalities meet business requirements and quality standards.
