Job summary

Pride Global in Singapore seeks an experienced testing leader to drive the testing workstream across migration waves in a highly regulated environment. You will own the Test Strategy, Master Test Plan, schedules, scope and governance, and you will lead readiness reviews, defect triage and Go/No-Go decisions.

Successful candidates will have strong stakeholder management and extensive experience across SIT, UAT, OAT, regression, performance testing, and data centre migration testing.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading test strategy and governance in large-scale programs.
• Proven ability to manage migration testing across multiple waves.
• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, OAT, regression, and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall testing workstream across migration waves.
• Develop and maintain Test Strategy, Master Test Plan, schedules, scope & governance.
• Lead test readiness reviews, defect triage, risk escalation & Go/No-Go decisions.
• Monitor testing progress, coverage, pass rates, defect trends & exit criteria.
• Ensure test data, environments, access and dependencies are ready.
• Coordinate testing teams and key stakeholders.
• Support Cutover, Command Centre, Hypercare & Audit.

Leadership Experience

3–5 years leading test teams / major test workstreams

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in Test Strategy, Governance & Master Test Planning
• Experience in Application / Data Centre Migration Testing
• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, OAT, Regression, Performance/Load, Resilience & DR Testing
• Experience managing parallel test cycles and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong Defect Management, Risk Assessment & Test Readiness experience
• Ability to provide Go/No-Go recommendations and test completion sign-off
• Strong stakeholder management across Business, Application, Infrastructure, Vendors & Security teams
• Experience with test management, defect tracking, reporting and automation tools
• Experience in Banking / Regulated environments preferred
• Knowledge of BNM RMiT, PDPA, PCI-DSS & ISO 27001 expectations preferred
