Job summary

PROJECT SEARCH PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Test Consultant to support a large-scale transformation programme, focusing on UAT, user coordination and test execution management. You will mobilise business users across functions and markets to complete testing on time.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and the ability to drive actions across diverse teams to ensure successful testing milestones and sign-offs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in testing, delivery or large-scale implementations.
• Strong experience leading or coordinating UAT and business testing.
• Proven ability to mobilise large groups of business users and SMEs during testing.
• Solid understanding of testing lifecycle: prep, execution, defects, retesting, sign-off.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate UAT activities across multiple business functions.
• Align test scope, schedules, responsibilities and deliverables with project teams.
• Mobilise business testers and SMEs and ensure understanding of timelines.
• Drive day-to-day UAT execution including test case completion and sign-off.
• Provide status reports on progress, defects, risks and blockers.
• Facilitate defect triage and retesting with delivery teams.
• Support readiness activities for deployment and go-live.
• Act as the communication bridge between stakeholders and testing teams.
