Job summary

ADECCO Personnel PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a QA/Test Analyst to collaborate with business users to understand credit risk management requirements, plan test scenarios, and contribute to end-to-end testing across releases. The role involves working with product, design, and tech teams to translate requirements into test cases and schedules.

You will write user stories, use JIRA, and apply Agile testing methodologies, performing regression testing and supporting test automation when needed.

• Familiar with Agile principles and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Work with business users to understand credit risk management requirements and plan test scenarios for releases.
• Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams to translate requirements into test cases and schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of each release cycle from detailed test case creation to end-to-end UAT testing.
• Analyze results, log and prioritize defects for dev resolution.
• Perform regression testing to confirm previous functionality remains intact.
• Communicate issues and risks to Product & UAT Team Lead; monitor test execution progress.
• Contribute to improving testing processes, tools and methodologies.
• Support test automation strategy for cross-platform UAT as needed.

Job description

Main Duties:

• Work with business users to understand credit risk management business and system requirements related to enhancements as assigned by the Product Owner.
• Collaborate closely with the product, design, and tech teams to understand product requirements and new feature specifications to plan test scenarios, testing efforts & schedule
• Ensure the timely delivery of each release cycle for assigned projects, from detailed test case creation to performing end to end testing during the UAT phase
• Analyze test results, identify/log & prioritize defects to tech for issue resolution / defects
• Perform regression testing to ensure that previously developed and tested application still performs as expected
• Communicate to Product & UAT Team Lead on open issues and defects, run book execution progress, and risks
• Participate in the improvement of testing processes, tools and methodologies.
• Support test automation strategy for the product and cross platforms UAT as and when needed

Work Experience Requirements:

· Experience in writing user stories and testing applications.

· Good working experience using JIRA tool.

· Good understanding of Agile principles and familiarity in different development & testing methodologies
