Job summary

Supersonic Maintenance Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a results-driven Tender Officer to join our proposals team.

You will oversee tender submissions tailored to each client, ensuring accuracy and compelling value propositions. You will monitor GeBIZ tenders, coordinate contract development, and maintain records in company databases while building strong client relations. A degree in business and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Ability to coordinate tender submissions and proposals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation materials.
• Experience in contract negotiation and administration is advantageous.
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tender via GeBIZ.
• Produce high-quality tender submissions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct research to support proposal and contract development.
• Ensure contracts and proposals are entered into databases and securely maintained.
• Establish and maintain relationships as primary contact for contracts.
• Handle queries and draft letters, emails, and correspondences.
• Any other task assigned by the Company.
