Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Costing Executive (Tender / Pricing) in Singapore. The role focuses on preparing costing and pricing for quotations and tenders, reviewing tender requirements, and coordinating with Sales, Procurement and Project teams to ensure accurate cost breakdowns and timely submissions.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering or related field with 2–3 years of costing or tender experience, strong numerical

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in costing, pricing, tender or related commercial roles.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with good Excel proficiency.
• SAP/ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare costing and pricing for quotations and tender submissions.
• Review tender requirements and prepare cost breakdowns and pricing schedules.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations, costs and lead times.
• Analyse material, labour and related project costs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Project teams on costing information.
• Maintain accurate costing records and update ERP/SAP system.
• Manage multiple submissions within tight deadlines.

• Position : Costing Executive (Tender / Pricing)
• Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Monthly Salary Up to S$4,000 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300
