Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a Commercial Executive to support tender administration, project cost control, and commercial documentation, ensuring accurate submissions and smooth project handover.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement and Project teams to prepare quotations, monitor costs, analyze variances, and maintain project records. Diploma/degree in a related field is required, with strong Excel skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in tender administration, project costing, commercial support, or contract administration is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and submitting pre- and post-tender documentation, including BOQ, cost sheets, and progress claims.
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and related supporting documentation.
• Review and monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Perform cost analysis and highlight potential cost overruns or discrepancies to management.
• Track and follow up on progress claims, variation orders, and other project-related commercial matters.
• Coordinate the handover of awarded projects to the Project team for execution.
• Assist in arranging project kick-off meetings and ensure communications of relevant commercial information.
• Attend commercial, project, and client meetings when required.
• Maintain accurate tender, contract, costing, and project records.
