The role requires a Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business/Engineering and 2–3 years of costing or tender experience, with strong numerical and analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in costing or tender preparation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for tenders, including materials, labor, and overheads.
• Review tender specifications and requirements to ensure accurate costing.
• Collaborate with procurement and project teams to gather cost data and supplier quotations.
• Prepare tender documents, cost breakdowns, and pricing schedules for submission.
• Provide cost analysis and recommendations to management for tender strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tender submission requirements.
