Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, tender documents and contract submissions.
• Tabulation of price comparison and costing summary.
• Prepare for tender briefing, submission and interview.
• Review tender requirements, drawings, specifications and bills of quantities.
• Source for suppliers and contractors quotations.
• Ensure all tender submissions are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
• Prepare and assess variation orders, additional work claims and final accounts.
• Attend site meetings and progress claim meetings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams on project issues.
• May be assigned to on-site work when necessary.
• Provide support in other ad hoc duties as assigned.
