Job summary

Futar Enterprises Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor / Project Coordinator to manage tender preparation, project documentation, and client contractual issues while supporting sales and site requirements.

You will create and modify AutoCAD drawings to meet client needs, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, process claims and variation orders, and help ensure timely project progress and delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the construction industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well
• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D/3D and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Prepare stone layout montages and technical drawings based on project requirements and customer specifications.
• Produce and update AutoCAD drawings based on site measurements and approved dimensions.
• Assist the Sales team in issuing work orders, preparing quotations, invoices, and related project documentation.
• Liaise with contractors, clients, architects, and suppliers to coordinate requirements and resolve commercial or contractual matters.
• Process and verify contractor claims, variation orders, and payment records to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records, drawings, and documentation for internal reference and project tracking.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Support project costing and quantity take-offs where required.
