Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated tendering specialist to support our Singapore-based projects. You will analyze drawings and tender documents, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and help prepare competitive tender prices.

The role requires 2–3 years in construction tendering, strong knowledge of contracts and cost estimation, and proficiency with Excel and Glodon Cubicost. You will work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture/Structure/M&E/Quantity Surveying.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction tendering.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost estimation, and tender submission processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, Glodon Cubicost and tendering software.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirement of tender documents and drawings.
• Collaborate to plan and define the extent of works.
• Deliver tender activities within timelines.
• Measure quantities and perform cost comparisons for tender prices.
• Review quotations against specifications.
• Review quantities with team members to avoid omissions.
• Participate in meetings with Subcontractors and Specialists.
• Review Value Engineering proposals/Variations.
• Handle other tasks assigned by Management.
