Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveying professional to support tender submissions, evaluate quotations, and assess progress claims.

You will work with the project team to ensure accurate cost assessments and timely responses to subcontractors. The role requires 2–3 years in construction, Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in tender submissions.
• Analyse and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assess subcontractor progress claims and payment responses.
• Assist Contract Managers with variation orders and extensions of time.
• Collaborate with project team to meet project requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
