Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Based islandwide with HQ at Aljunied, the role involves sourcing sub-contractors, tendering, cost control, and preparing cash flow statements for multiple projects.

You will manage subcontract documents, schedules, and variation orders, supporting the Project Manager throughout tender and contract stages. Minimum 1–2 years of construction experience and a degree in Quantity Surveying are required. Working days: 5 days.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the construction field.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying is required.

Responsibilities

• Source sub-contractors and vendors for quotations during tendering.
• Carry out quantity take-offs during tendering.
• Evaluate quotations and prepare costing summaries for approval prior to tender submission.
• Prepare project cash flow statements.
• Prepare and finalize subcontract documents, including contract and technical requirements.
• Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedules.
• Assist Project Manager with negotiation and award of sub-contracts.
• Ensure submission of bonds/warranties from sub-contractors.
• Prepare payment claims and substantiation for variation orders for valuation.
• Prepare monthly payment certificates and check invoices against delivery orders.
• Prepare monthly reports and update records for Architect Instructions and variations.
• Prepare cost summary reports and maintain material price lists.
• Evaluate sub-contractors’ performance with the project team.
