Job summary

EM Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a qualified Senior/Executive, Contracts to manage procurement, tendering, and contract administration for construction projects. The role requires coordinating with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure robust contract processes and compliant tender documentation.

The ideal candidate has a degree/diploma in engineering-related fields and at least 3 years’ experience with PSSCOC or bespoke contracts, including local public projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Building, Quantity Survey, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in projects adopting Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) or bespoke contracts.
• Relevant experience working on local public projects.
• Meticulous, proactive, a strong team player, and able to adhere to strict task deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients, project managers, and consultants on procurement of works for construction projects.
• Maintain contract templates for tender preparation.
• Prepare and compile tender documents.
• Conduct tender briefings and site show rounds.
• Call and close tenders and quotations.
• Evaluate tenders and quotations; prepare evaluation reports.
• Prepare draft Letters of Award.
• Compile contract agreements for execution by the client.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
