Qualifications

• Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of field experience in tendering and quotation processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capability to perform under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender documents accurately to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Develop contracts detailing quantities of required materials to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Analyze contract requirements and specifications to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Raise tender queries promptly to address any inconsistencies or unclear terms.
• Conduct site showrounds to assess current conditions and forecast future work needs.
• Negotiate rates effectively with contractors and sub-contractors to optimize project costs.
• Brief project teams comprehensively after project award to align on scope and deliverables.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all tender and contract activities.
