Job summary

EXCELTEC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Tenancy Management Lead to head a tenancy management team. The role focuses on overseeing tenancy operations, maximising occupancy, and delivering strong tenant relationships across the portfolio.

You will drive leasing and marketing initiatives, manage lease administration and financial processes, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver superior occupancy performance and a positive tenant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tenancy management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full tenancy lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, renewals and exits.
• Develop strategies to maintain occupancy and maximise space utilisation.
• Drive marketing and leasing efforts to attract tenants and support rental reviews.
• Serve as main contact for tenants and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders on tenancy matters.
• Oversee administration and maintenance of tenancy agreements and related documentation; ensure timely billing and collections.
• Lead, develop and manage the tenancy team; set service standards and drive continuous improvement.
