Job summary

Cove in Singapore is seeking a Tenant Experience Executive to ensure a warm, concierge‑level service for Coveys. You will handle check-ins, resolve issues, and coordinate with maintenance and owners to create memorable stays.

Ideal candidates have a diploma, 2+ years in customer-facing roles, strong English communication, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset. Experience in startups or hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required or bonus in service-related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating a warm and welcoming check-in, particularly on weekends.
• Assisting Coveys with general issues to make their stay comfortable.
• Liaising for maintenance issues between Coveys and departments/contractors.
• Handling and resolving flatmate conflicts and related issues.
• Addressing grievances to ensure Coveys' wellbeing.
• Assist in planning and executing community events.
• Coordinate with property owners or representatives as needed.
• Maintain communications with stakeholders and monitor Covey wellbeing.
• Perform inventory checks after tenant checkout.
