Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements and renewal documents.
• Maintain tenancy records and monitor lease terms.
• Coordinate move-in/out, inspections, and related docs.
• Manage rental payments, deposits, and refunds.
• Produce tenancy reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and internal teams.
