Job summary

Suntec Real Estate Services Management is seeking an Assistant Manager to guide Retail Tenancy Design Vetting and add value to our Suntec City, Lazada One and other malls. You will review design proposals, prepare design guidelines, coordinate with Centre Management Office and landlords, and help optimise tenant shop fit and mall ambience through rigorous process adherence.

With a Diploma/Degree in interior design and at least 5 years in retail or commercial refurbishment, you will work closely

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related 3-D design discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in related fields.
• Familiarity with procedures & site issues of Commercial Retail, F&B renovation.
• Leadership skill framework training is an asset.
• Confident to understand & communicate design/shop-fit issues clearly.
• Able to take initiative, work under pressure and be flexible in fast-paced environments.
• Good organisational skills and meticulousness, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Familiarise with design guidelines, required plan submission and fit-out procedures for malls such as Suntec City and Lazada One.
• Issue Retail Tenancy Design Guidelines to incoming tenants.
• Conduct design briefings and discussions with tenants on tenancy design matters.
• Review tenant shop fit proposals for compliance with mall positioning and guidelines.
• Present tenant proposals to landlords for design approval and communicate management decisions.
• Assist Centre Management Office in design changeovers and coordinate with CMO for visual site inspections.
• Track design submissions and maintain records for malls; support AEI/A&A projects.
• Create and draft new Design Guidelines and present layouts to landlords.
• Digitize, update and maintain mall Retail Tenancy Design Guidelines and reports.
