Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic, within the Business & the Creatives (BC) Cluster, seeks a Temporary Project Officer to support outreach, student development, marketing, and engagement initiatives. The role involves planning and marketing events, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and producing content for SB and MAD.

You will work closely with MAD and SB students, alumni, and staff to plan campaigns, create content, and manage event logistics.

Qualifications

• Qualification in communications, marketing, media, business, events management, education, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to write, edit, and present information clearly.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills for multiple tasks and events.
• Comfortable working with students, alumni, vendors, and internal stakeholders to collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, CMS, or basic design tools is a plus.
• Experience in events coordination, digital marketing, outreach, or stakeholder management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and marketing support of events organized by BC Outreach and BC Student Development teams.
• Coordinate administrative and operational services with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
• Support social media content planning, creation, scheduling, and event coverage with MAD and SB student teams.
• Support website content development for SB and MAD, including writing and editing articles and coordinating updates.
• Coordinate SB and MAD campaigns, including photoshoots and liaising with alumni and student talents.
