Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic is seeking a Temp Administrative Executive on an 11-month contract to support the School of Mathematical Sciences & Analytics. The role involves laboratory support for lessons, assisting the Outreach Team and coordinating with the Corporate Communication Department on outreach activities.

You will also provide logistical support for campus events and must have a Diploma or higher with 3+ years of experience, strong communication, IT savvy and the ability to work both

Responsibilities

• Provide laboratory support to lessons conducted in laboratories.
• Support the Outreach Team of the Polytechnic Foundation Programme.
• Coordinate with Corporate Communication Department of SP and handle outreach assignments such as school talks to secondary students.
• Provide logistical assistance and support to students for events in campus.
