Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd seeks a diligent Facilities Support Staff to assist in school classrooms, resource rooms, and site maintenance. You will inspect facilities, report faults, and support contractors during inspections and repairs, while helping with events logistics and general duties.

No prior experience required as on-the-job training is provided. The role runs on a 1-year contract from January 2027 to December 2027 with scheduled weekday hours, including a half-hour lunch, and

• Assist with opening and closing classrooms and learning resource rooms.
• Check school facilities, including toilets, and report faulty equipment or fixtures.
• Accompany contractors during inspections, maintenance and repair works.
• Provide feedback on cleaning and maintenance work.
• Support logistics for school events and functions.
• Perform traffic warden duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Duration/Working Hours:
1 year contract (Jan 2027 to Dec 2027)

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
